Joy works to enable individuals & groups of Senior Leaders to excel. She drives significant transformation in individual and collective Leadership thinking, behaviour and performance. As part of her coaching practice, Joy has experience in helping leaders who either suspect or have been diagnosed as neurodiverse. She also works with leaders to build their skills in managing neurodiverse staff.
